Thank you very, very much for helping Moroccan kids smile more.
Charities are suffering at the moment, so thank for your generosity!
Dental Mavericks worked hard over the last two years to treat over 200 kids from the El Jebah region of the Rif Mountains, North East Morocco but there are still four hundred and fifty kids from the same school who waiting for pain free dentistry.
Hopefully, with support from donors like you, and a little luck, we can keep up the good work and achieve our dream of treating the remaining four hundred and fifty kids.
Please be assured that the donation YOU have made is going to make a real difference. Our aim now is to raise 10K pounds to purchase restorative equipment and a smile ambulance.

Dental Maverick Adventure Charity Expedition
September The Moroccan Kids Smile 2010
This founding expedition is to help to bring the worlds attention to the ongoing plight of the Moroccan Kids Smile. The North Eastern Coast of Morocco is being messed up by a vast road network (to get tourists to the Rif Mountains).
This is a stunning part of the world and sadly the modern world is interfering and once again the Moroccan children are suffering.
Did you know that in El Jebah 50,000 Moroccans have only one dentist !

- Dr Teresa Day and Yvonne Poole attended the 1230 Tea @ The Savoy in London, September 2007. This charity event was held in aid of Ovacome - a UK-wide network that provides information and support for everyone affected by ovarian cancer - www.ovacome.org.uk
- The clinics have through the years supported various local youth sports teams
- Various Appledore team members undertake charity events which we are happy to support and promote
- Dr Teresa Day will be taking part in a100 mile bike ride in Winchester on 4th Sept 2011. She'd like to raise £500 www.action.org.uk/sponsor/teresaday
- Dr Teresa Day and her husband Mike, undertook the London to Paris cycle ride in aid of action medical research. The ride was 300 miles over 5 days on 25 -29 July 2007. For further info www.action.org.uk
